Here is our Board of Directors Members. There are 5 directors elected for 2 years terms. The terms are staggered. Two Directors are elected on January of odd years and the other three are elected on January of even years. Committee Members are appointed by the Board. They are all volunteers and must be members of Lakewood Village subdivision. Volunteers for committees are always welcome. If you want to volunteer please let one of the board members know.

Lakewood Village Property Owners Association is self-managed. We do not have a Manager or a professional organization run this association. Instead we manage ourselves with volunteers from our own membership. We are an association of retirees and we gather our own experience and knowledge to manage this association. So we invite you to volunteer in any committee of interest and let us know how you can help. Your help is greatly appreciated. This how we managed to keep fees down as much as possible. Thank you
